Eduardo Lam
Eduardo, endearingly known as Chato by friends and family, is a Miami-based artist who started pursuing his craft professionally in 2025 after a lifetime of creating. He’s passionate about making unique pieces that bring joy to people and push him to grow as an artist. His work spans leather goods, portraits, murals, and hands-on workshops. Eduardo brings two decades of interior design expertise. His portfolio includes: The Walt Disney World Company, Coca-Cola, Zillow, Victoria’s Secret, and The Home Depot. He’s is known for nurturing long-term relationships built on trust, creativity, and results.
In his spare time, Eduardo skis, kayaks, bowls, and travels, all while listening to K-Pop and trying new foods.
Executive Director and Lead Artist
Davier Rodriguez
With nearly two decades of experience as an educator, artist, and community organizer, Davier brings a people-centered, systems-minded approach to his role with Studio Chato. He has devoted much of his career to serve underserved communities and youth, and owns a small business in Baja California Sur, México.
Outside of work, Davier enjoys traveling, music, writing poetry, and maintaining an athletic lifestyle.
Programs & Operations Director
David has over 6 years experience in the financial services industry and holds a Bachelors of Finance from Rutgers University. From the early age 12, David worked in his mother’s dry cleaning and tailor shop, which sparked his passion for small business development.
David splits his time in Miami Beach and Mexico City, and is actively learning to become fluent in Spanish. Along with travel, he enjoys reading, cooking, yoga, and playing the piano.
Financial DirectorDavid Charles
Michel’le is a multimedia designer with over seven years of experience in branding, graphic design, UX/UI, and digital communications. She specializes in creating polished, user-focused designs that strengthen brands and drive engagement.
Outside of work, she spends time doing yoga, working out at the gym, and chasing after her two dogs Aurora and Rogue.
